Ingredients:
Rice Powder
Sodium Bicarbonate (E-500),
Vegetable Oil & lodized Salt.
Frying Method:
- Remove the Lachha from the bag.
- Heat the oil to around 180C – 200c
- Fry the Lachha in Oil for approx.
- Fry the Lachha for 20-25 seconds until it crisps up appropriately.
- Take it out.
