Description
Lachha is a conventional handcrafted recipe made from rice paste. Several thin strings wound into a circular form before being dried. They can be used as a fun snack or as part of a main course.
Ingredients:
Rice Powder
Sodium Bicarbonate (E-500),
Vegetable Oil & lodized Salt.
Frying Method:
- Remove the Lachha from the bag.
- Heat the oil to around 180C – 200c
- Fry the Lachha in Oil for approx.
- 20-25 seconds until get fried appropriately.
- Take it out.
